Uranus (pronounced /'j??r?n?s/, /j?'re?n?s/) is the seventh planet from the Sun and the third-largest and fourth-most enormous planet in the solar system. It is named after the earliest Greek deity of the sky (Uranus, ???a???), the father of Kronos (Saturn) and grandfather of Zeus (Jupiter). Uranus was the first planet exposed in modern times. Though it is visible to the naked eye like the five classical planets, it was never familiar as a planet by ancient observers owed to its dimness. Sir William Herschel announces its discovery on March 13, 1781, growing the known boundaries of the solar system for the first time in current history. This was also the first discovery of a planet complete using a telescope.

International Astronomical Union proposed that the term "planet" be redefined to include other objects beyond the traditional nine planets considered a part of the solar system in the year 2006. On August 24, 2006 in Prague, in the Czech Republic the members of the IAU will vote on the proposal. They have included three planets they are Ceres which is considered as a planet, then an asteroid. The next comes the Charon previously measured as a moon of Pluto would be considered as double planet under this proposed definition. And then comes the finally discovered 2003 UB313 also named as Xena. It is quite possible that, after more searching, astronomers will discover more objects in the solar system that meet this new definition.

For several people, the land in America is the beautiful place in this world. But as a little adult I have already left the country to find many opportunity sights beyond the land of the United States. To me, the largest beautiful place I have ever been was the island of Jamaica. It is simple for me to find harmony and beauty on this island.

The first thing that hit me like a massage of aroma as I stepped off the aircraft was the sweet wet air of this tropical island. The fruit, flowers, and over all ordinary environment is enough to make me never want to leave. I gather all of this, and I haven’t even left the airport yet.

The local yellow cab takes me crossways the island. Overwhelmed by beauty far and wide I find myself out of breath. Not far into my turn I encounter a busy street buzzing with stimulation and variety. Continuing across the island I find that very tall mountains have surrounded me as far as my eye can see.

Civil war

The Annametic Dragonbird Pavo annamensis occupied the broadlieaf evergreen forests of Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos and Southern Yunnan China.

The Javanese Green Peafowl, Pavo javanensis is inhabitant only to the island of Java. The destroyed Malay or Pahang Peafowl Pavo muticus was thought by early naturalists to least the Pliocene rules out an opening by humans. Northern Yunnan is the home of one of the most interesting forms of Green Peafowl. The Yunnan Dragonbird, Pavo yunnanensis is most individual.

History of street lighting
Today, street lighting is most usually achieved using high-intensity discharge lamps, often sodium vapor lamps. Such lamps supply the greatest amount of illumination for the least burning up of electricity.
Before the advent of high-intensity discharge lamps, street light circuits used radiant light bulbs. These were often operated as high-voltage series circuits. To avoid the problem of the entire street going dark if a single lamp burned out, each individual street-lamp was equipped with a film cutout; a small disk of insulating film that separated two contacts connected to the two wires leading to the lamp. If the lamp failed, the entire voltage of the street lighting circuit was imposed across the insulating film in the cutout, causing it to rupture. In this way, the failed lamp was bypassed and enlightenment restored to the rest of the street. The circuit usually contained an automatic device to regulate the electrical current flowing in the circuit, preventing the current from rising as additional lamps burned out and thus preserving the life of the remaining lamps. When the failed lamp was finally changed, a new piece of film was also installed, once again separating the electrical contacts in the cutout. This style of street lighting was identifiable by the large porcelain insulator that separated the lamp and reflector from the light's mounting arm; the insulator was necessary because the two contacts in the lamp's base may have routinely operated at a potential of several thousands of volts above ground/earth.
And before shining lamps, gas lighting was employed. The earliest lamps required that a lamplighter tour the town at dusk, lighting each of the lamps, but later designs employed ignition devices that would routinely strike the flame when the gas supply was activated.

The satellite signal, quite weak after travelling a great distance (see inverse-square law), is together by a parabolic receiving dish, which reflects the weak signal to the dish’s focal point and is received, down-converted to a lower frequency band and amplified by a device called a low-noise block converter (LNB). Direct broadcast satellite dishes use an LNBF, which integrates the feedhorn with the LNB. A new form of omnidirectional satellite antenna, which does not use a directed parabolic dish and can be used on a mobile platform such as a vehicle, was lately announced by the University of Waterloo. The signal, now amplified, travels to a satellite receiver box through coaxial cable (RG-6 or RG-10; cannot be standard RG-59) and is converted by a local oscillator to the L-band range of frequencies (approximately). The Sun is about halfway through its main-sequence growth, during which nuclear fusion reactions in its core fuse hydrogen into helium. Each second, more than 4 million tonnes of matter are changed into energy within the Sun's core, producing neutrinos and solar radiation. The Sun will waste a total of approximately 10 billion years as a main sequence star.
The Sun does not have sufficient mass to explode as a supernova. Instead, in 4-5 billion years, it will enter a red giant phase, its outer layers growing as the hydrogen fuel in the core is consumed and the core contracts and heats up. Helium fusion will start on when the core temperature reaches around 100 MK, and will make carbon and oxygen. While it is likely that the expansion of the outer layers of the Sun will reach the current position of Earth's orbit, latest research suggests that mass lost from the Sun previous in its red giant phase will cause the Earth's orbit to move more out, preventing it from being engulfed. However, Earth's water will be boiled away and most of its atmosphere will run off into space.
Following the red giant phase, strong thermal pulsations will cause the Sun to throw off its outer layers, forming a planetary nebula. The only object that will stay after the outer layers are ejected is the really hot stellar core, which will gradually cool and fade as a white dwarf over many billions of years. This stellar evolution scenario is typical of low- to medium-mass stars.

Scientists who maintain that scientific investigation must stick on to the scientific method, a process for evaluating empirical knowledge that explains observable events in nature as results of natural causes, rejecting supernatural notions.

Fields of science are commonly classified into two major lines:

Natural sciences: The study of the natural phenomena is known as natural sciences.

Social sciences: It is the systematic study of human behavior and societies.
Compared to other field of science Mathematics has both similarities and differences. Mathematics is similar to other sciences, since it is a rigorous, structured study of topics such as quantity, structure, space, and change. However mathematics is different in its method of arriving at results. As a whole mathematics is vital to the sciences and indeed, the major advancements in mathematics have often led to major advances in other sciences. Certain aspects of mathematics are very much essential for the formation of hypotheses, theories, and laws, both in describing and discovering how things work (natural sciences) and how people think and act (social sciences).

The Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) is an identical assessment—delivered in English—that helps business schools assess the qualifications of applicants for higher study in business and management. Schools use the test as one forecaster of academic performance in an MBA program or even in other graduate management programs.
About GMAT Measures
The GMAT exam is basically to measure verbal, mathematical, and analytical writing skills which one have developed over a long period of time in their education and work. IT DOES NOT MEASURE:
• Your knowledge about the business,• Your skills regarding job profile,• Precise content in your undergraduate or first university course work,• Your abilities in any other precise subject area, or• Subjective qualities—such as motivation, creativity, and interpersonal skills.
The GMAT exam is consist of three main section,
• Analytical Writing Assessment• Quantitative Section and• Verbal Section
Analytical Writing Assessment
The GMAT exam starts with the Analytical Writing Assessment (AWA). The AWA comprises of two separate writing tasks—basically to do analysis on a particular Issue and analysis on any Argument. Time limit will be given 30 minute to each one.
Quantitative Section
You will have an optional ten-minute break, and then begin the Quantitative Section of GMAT exam. You will have 37 multiple-choice questions of two types, 1-Data Sufficiency and 2-Problem Solving. You will be given 75 minutes to complete the same.
Verbal Section
Again a 10-minute break will take place, and you would begin with Verbal Section of GMAT exam. 41 Multiple choice questions will be given, which would be of three types, 1-Reading Comprehension, 2-Critical Reasoning, and 3-Sentence Correction. Time limit will be 75 minute to complete the same.
